Overview

We aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products, which is why we maintain a customer-friendly refund and returns policy. Our refund and returns policy is valid for 14 days. If, for any reason, you wish to return an item, we guarantee full compensation for your expenses if you contact us within 14 days of your purchase. Our goal is to make the return process as hassle-free as possible, and we are committed to providing you with a seamless experience. Please note that if more than 15 days have passed since your purchase, we may not be able to offer you a full refund or exchange as per our policy.

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please refrain from sending your purchase back to the manufacturer. To initiate a return properly, please first get in touch with us.

Refunds

Not later than 1 business day after your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the current status of your refund.

Once approved, your refund will be processed, and the funds will be automatically applied to your credit card or the original method of payment immediately.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received a refund, please first check your bank account.

Next, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

After that, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is credited.

If you have completed these steps and have still not received your refund, please contact us at cs@busytopia.pt.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, send us an email at cs@busytopia.pt and ship your item to: R. Dr. António José de Almeida, N2, 2780-087, Oeiras, Portugal.

Gifts

If the item was designated as a gift during purchase and directly shipped to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Upon receipt of the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift during purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, a refund will be issued to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.
